iSmartAlarm Packages Explained
iSmartAlarm offers their products in packages and bundles. Every package includes a CubeOne and several other components depending on what the package is built for. For example, there are packages built for homeowners looking to add security sensors and cameras to their homes. There are also packages that focus on security sensors and doesn't include cameras. Of course, you can buy a package and then purchase add-on products to expand your system. You can buy individual components at their regular prices.
On the company's website, there are two types of packages: those that are available from other retailers and site-exclusive packages. Site exclusive packages have bigger discounts but are only available from iSmartAlarm's website. The other packages, on the other hand, are also listed on third-party retailers such as Amazon and Best Buy.
General Packages & Bundles
The Preferred and Plus packages are the cheapest, with a total of only six inclusions each. The only difference between them is that Preferred only has two contact sensors but has two remote tags. The Plus package, on the other hand, has three contact sensors but only one remote tag. Both packages are designed for small to average-sized homes with only a few entryways.
The Deluxe package is designed for standard-sized homes and is equipped with extra contact sensors for added security. Lastly, the Smart Home Video Bundle includes a Spot camera for video surveillance. You can buy additional sensors and/or cameras from iSmartAlarm to expand the system.

Are There Other Fees You Should Know About?
iSmartAlarm's pricing is pretty solid. All you need to do is invest in buying a security system, and once it's installed, you can use it without any monthly fee. But are there any other fees you should know about? Fortunately, there's none.
iSmartAlarm is free to use, there are no installation costs and no activation fees, and all the features are open to all users; none of them are hidden behind a paywall. With that being said, there are only two things you should consider when it comes to long-term usage cost. First, it needs to be connected to the internet. If you're planning on buying cameras, a decent internet connection with at least 2Mbps upload speed is recommended. Second, factor in the upkeep of the hardware. Devices inevitably fail, and if that happens, you should be ready to spend a few bucks on repairs or maintenance services.
Ways To Save
The fact that iSmartAlarm doesn't require a monthly subscription alone makes it an affordable and practical choice, but on top of that, there are other ways to lower the cost of owning and using the system.
Discount Coupons
iSmartAlarm frequently offers coupons to new customers, sometimes, with discounts of up to 50%. In fact, at the time of writing, they're offering all their products and packages with a 50% discount. Take note, however, that iSmartAlarm coupons can only be used if you buy from iSmartAlarm's website.
Time Your Purchase
iSmartAlarm is also known for participating in sale seasons, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales, Year-End Sales, and even sales during special holidays. If a special holiday is coming up, hold off on your purchase and wait for their promotions.
